Depending on the order of the installation of the software prerequisites, you may encounter error(s) when trying to open and/or run TM1Connect.

 

Regardless of your operating system, you will first want to verify that you have accurately installed and configured the Prerequisites as they have been described.

 

If you still encounter errors, some common errors and the corresponding fixes are the following:

 

Click to expand. 404, Not Found, Internal Server Error, 500.19, 500.21

 

If you are on Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 and receive any of the above error codes or messages, they can usually be fixed with a single command. Open a Command Prompt with Administrative privileges, and run the following command line for your platform version of Windows.

 

64bit Windows

c:\windows\microsoft.net\framework64\v.4.0.30319\aspnet_regiis.exe -iru -enable

 

32bit Windows

C:\windows\microsoft.net\framework\v.4.0.30319\aspnet_regiis.exe -iru -enable

 

This fix usually works immediately. You can try re-opening the TM1Connect Manager shortcut from your desktop.
